FMC — The Incubator
About the FMC.
FMC — The Incubator is a membership celebration space in Goodyear, Arizona, on the west side of the Phoenix metro. A screen and a stage under one roof, booked by the hour, 24 hours a day, and a network of partner studios across the Valley. One membership opens the whole house.
Three crafts, one roof
Film, music and comedy live in the same building on purpose. The editor, the drummer, the booker and the exec are already down the hall, and we make the introductions deliberately rather than hoping they happen.
- Film — shoot it, screen it, premiere it to a paying house.
- Music — record it, produce it, mix it, master it, and walk out release-ready.
- Comedy — write it, work it out, tape it in front of a crowd that wants it to work.
The rooms & the network
- The Studio Network — recording doesn’t happen under our roof; it happens at our partner studios across the Valley, with the emerging engineers and producers who run them. Records, podcasts, voice acting and guided-meditation tracks. Tell the front desk what you’re cutting and we place you.
- The Main Room — 40–50 seats, a 4K projector on a 10-foot screen, and a front desk that doubles as the box office. Premieres, classes, Q&As, signings, rehearsals, and comedy shows with the marquee bulbs on.
- The Conference Room — meetings and small workshops, seats six to eight.
- The Executive Screening Room — private screenings behind a closed door, for the honest notes.

The promise
We give creators more than we take. That is the house rule everything else hangs on: if a deal doesn’t leave the creator with the bigger half, it isn’t an FMC deal. Membership buys connections, pro rooms at prices emerging artists can actually book, and real ways to get paid — ticketed screenings, sessions, classes and gigs. Revenue for your work, not exposure.
Who runs it
The Incubator is hosted by Jeff Reynolds Productions. Jeff opens the doors, keeps the lights warm and makes the introductions; the whole house runs on JRP hospitality. The building also runs on friends of the house — producers, shooters, players and rooms that show up for each other.
