Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what personal information Jeff Reynolds Productions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as FMC — The Incubator (“we”, “us”), collects through this website, why we collect it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Information we collect
- Account details — your name and email address when you create an account. Your password is never visible to us: it is hashed by our authentication provider and stored only in that hashed form.
- Bookings — the room, date and time you reserve, the name or title you put on the booking, the craft it falls under, and whether you chose to open the event to the public. Public events also carry the ticket link or RSVP preference you supply.
- Messages — anything you send us by email.
- Basic technical data — the standard request information your browser sends (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested) which our web server logs in order to serve the site and keep it secure.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. It does not process payments, and it does not sell event tickets — tickets are sold by the member or partner hosting the event, on their own platform, so any card details for a ticket are given to them and never to us.
How we use it
To create and run your account, to take and display your room bookings, to show the events you choose to make public, to reply to you, to keep the site and the booking system secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles about you.
What other members and the public can see
Bookings you keep private are visible to you and to FMC staff. If you open a booking to the public, the event details you enter — the title, room, date, time and any ticket link — are shown publicly on our Events page. Your email address is never shown publicly. If you choose the RSVP option, RSVPs are sent to the email address on your account, which means the person replying will see it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with the providers that run this service for us, and only so they can do that:
- Supabase — hosts the account authentication and the booking database (United States).
- Resend — delivers account emails such as password resets.
- Our web hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard server logs.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims or to protect the safety of people or property.
Storage on your device
The site uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and to hold your view of the calendar while you use it. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and no analytics service. Clearing your browser storage signs you out.
How long we keep it
We keep your account details for as long as your account is open. Booking records are kept while they are current and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own scheduling and accounting records. Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your information, except anything we must keep by law.
Security
Accounts are protected by hashed passwords and per-user database rules that stop one member reading another member’s account or bookings. Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing info@fmcincubator.com. We will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, in the EU/UK, the GDPR, which also gives you the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our servers are in the United States, so using this site means your information is processed there.
Children
This site and FMC membership are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. For material changes we’ll give reasonable notice.
