Member booking rates on the house rooms — the Main Room, the Conference Room and the Exec Screening Room, by the hour, 24/7.

Events & networking — premieres, shows and the hallway conversations that become credits. You're on the list.

The studio network — partner rooms across the Valley and the emerging engineers and producers who run them. Tell the front desk what you’re cutting and we place you.

Real ways to get paid — ticketed screenings, sessions, classes and gigs. Revenue for your work, not exposure.

We give creators more than we take. If a deal doesn't leave you with the bigger half, it isn't an FMC deal.

Who can join?

Emerging filmmakers, musicians and comedians — and anyone building a craft next to them: producers, engineers, photographers, hosts. If you make something and you want a warm room and real people to make it with, you belong here. No portfolio review at the door.

What does membership get me?

Member booking rates on the house rooms by the hour, 24/7; the events and networking calendar; the studio partner network across the Valley; and the standing promise that we give creators more than we take. One bill, the whole house.

How does booking work?

Every room books by the hour on the calendar — whatever gets booked first happens first, no clock on the door. Members get the member rate. Recording is placed with our studio partners across the Valley instead — tell the front desk what you’re cutting. See the calendar.

What does FMC take from my ticket sales?

Less than anyone — you net more. Screenings, shows and sessions run through our box office, and the split is written so the creator keeps the bigger half. If a deal doesn't leave you ahead, it isn't an FMC deal.

Can I tour the space first?

Come by. Write to info@fmcincubator.com and we'll walk you through the Main Room and the rest — the best pitch we've got is the building. You can also drop in on a public night from the events marquee.

Can I cancel anytime?

Anytime — month to month, no lock-in, no exit interview. Tell the front desk and we'll close it out. Whatever rate we agreed holds for as long as you keep the membership. Life happens; the door stays open for when you come back.
